Welcome to Holyoke Community College's Office of Institutional Research (IR). Our office serves as the primary source for institutional data and research at Holyoke Community College. We are committed to providing timely and accurate information in support of data-informed decision making, planning, and assessment on campus.

The Office of Institutional Research is responsible for:

• fulfilling reporting mandates from state,
  federal, regional, and program specific accrediting bodies,
• responding to internal and external requests for data, and
• providing general support to faculty and staff in conducting research and assessment.

In addition, IR maintains detailed internal reports on the MyHCC portal for use by HCC faculty and staff members. Reports include data on enrollment, grade distributions and course completion rates, retention, graduates and degrees/certificates conferred, and graduation and transfer rates. The First Year Out Graduate Survey and Career and Technical Education Report can also be found on the MyHCC portal.
HCC faculty and staff can request further information by completing an IR data request form (found on the MyHCC portal).
