In addition to the planned collegially learning opportunities the College provide a full complement of professional development seminars, training and services to key target employees.

UMass Isenberg Professional MBA Program
Since June 2006, the University of Massachusetts/Amherst and Holyoke Community College has partnered to offer the UMass Isenberg Professional MBA Evening Program at the Kittredge Center at HCC. This arrangement between UMass and HCC is providing a wonderful opportunity for three of our staff. Currently we are seeking to fill an open slot for the program. Special consideration will be given to an employee without a graduate degree.
Supervisory Core Training
The Supervisory Core Training Program assist Administrators/ Supervisors at Holyoke Community College to obtain knowledge and/or information about the different aspects that impact every day supervision. Most of the information and advice provided is applicable to the supervision of employees in all categories. For registration see information here.
