Eligible Positions for Reimbursement:
Full-time Faculty, Non-Unit Professional positions at the Director level and above, and Unit Professional positions.
The college will reimburse up to $500 to cover cost for the first interview and additional $300 to cover cost for second interview. The total cost should not exceed the amount of $800 per candidate. (See guidelines below.)
The candidate will provide original receipts and/or documentation of mileage (Mapquest.com printout) to the Office of Human Resources. Also, the State requires the candidate to fill out a W-9 form (www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf) and submit with original receipts. The College will then reimburse the candidate as outlined above.
Policy in Relocation Costs:
Except for the position of President, Holyoke Community College will generally not pay relocation costs for new employees. The President may recommend to the Board of Trustee, under very special circumstances, an exception to this policy.
