COMMBUYS is the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Procurement System under the auspices of the Operational Services Division (OSD). It is a state-of-the-art online market center designed to enable businesses providing goods and services and Massachusetts government entities to connect for commerce.  

COMMBUYS replaced Comm-PASS on March 24, 2014.

For Vendors

  • Vendors should register on the COMMBUYS website. Information on how to complete the registration is available at this link: COMMBUYS Vendor Registration.
  • OSD provides training sessions and on-line materials to vendors on using COMMBUYS. Information is available at this link: Vendor Training and Registration for sellers.

For Faculty and Staff

Holyoke Community College faculty and staff may use COMMBUYS to view current State Contracts by selecting the Contract and Bid Search. The active Statewide Contracts are pre-bid and may be used by faculty and staff to purchase supplies and services for Holyoke Community College in any amount.
