Long Range Planning & College Priorities

Long range planning meeting 2014

Every few years, HCC undertakes a coordinated planning process to accomplish and improve the achievement of its mission. The planning cycle includes:

  • A review of progress achieved toward current priorities,
  • Consideration of opportunities, constraints and trends likely to impact the college,

The most important ingredient in the planning process is the participation of all the members of our community. Everyone has something to contribute—and your contribution really matters!

Please join the Long Range Planning Committee and HCC students, faculty and staff as we develop our FY16-18 college priorities. Our first step is to gather your feedback via comment cards (distributed in locations around campus) or our online survey. We will take this feedback and organize it broadly by topic, then gather in an open forum to develop priorities based on the results. We hope you will participate by responding to the survey and attending one of the upcoming forums. The survey questions are listed below for your information.
