Business Office

The Business Office is here to help students, faculty, staff and others. The Business Office can assist students and parents with student account information and payment of fees. The Business Office also assists faculty and staff with travel reimbursement questions, vendor payments, budget transfers and other related questions.

About General Accounting in Business Office

General Accounting provides the following services for the college: purchasing contracts; vendor payments; employee reimbursements; miscellaneous billing and accounts receivable accounting; cash management; campus store accounting; and fiscal reporting. The office assists faculty and staff with travel reimbursement questions, vendor payments, budget transfers, and responds to inquiries from trustees, vendors, regulatory agencies, auditors, and public records requests.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
