XIV. Outside Employment

Generally speaking, an employee may hold a job with another organization as long as they satisfactorily perform their job responsibilities with HCC.  All employees are expected to comply with their respective collective bargaining agreement or personnel policies handbook with regard to work hours and schedules and will be subject to HCC's scheduling requirements regardless of any existing outside work requirements.

If HCC determines that an employee's outside work interferes with performance or the ability to meet job requirements of HCC, the employee may be asked to terminate the outside employment if he or she wishes to remain at HCC.
