New Springfield College - Holyoke Community College General Education Equivalency Guide. If you are looking to fulfill general edcuation requirements for Springfiueld College use this guide to determine appropreiate courses.
Holyoke Community College and Springfield College have created a reverse transfer agreement called the First Degree Program.
The First Degree Program is a partnership between Holyoke Community College and Springfield College for those students who transferred to Springfield College before they completed their Holyoke Community College degree. You may be eligible to complete outstanding assoicate degree requirements while simultaneously working toward the bachelors degree.
Springfield College is one of the Joint Admissions partners with Holyoke Community College. This means that students who complete their degree with a 2.5 GPA or above would automatically be accepted to Springfield College.
All you need to do is:
Complete the Intent to Enroll Form (application fee is wavied)
Submit Holyoke Community College transcripts as well as transcripts from all colleges attended.
Submit High School transcripts
Complete the Deans Report

Transfer student scholarship opportunities are based on cumulative (every institution attended) GPA. Students with a GPA between
3.0 - 3.19 will receive $6,000 per year
3.2 - 3.49 will receive $11,000 per year.
3.5 - 4.00 will receive $14,000 per year.

All of these schoarships are applied against tuition and are not cash amounts. Also students applying through continuing education programs may not be eligible for these scholarships.
Deadlines for admissions:
Fall enrollment July 15.
Spring enrollment December 1.
