HCC and SC have finalized a  Joint Admissions agreement that will start Fall 2007.  Under this agreement students will be accepted to Springfield College as long as they graduate for HCC with a 2.5 gpa or higher. They must be enrolled in one of the following programs, American Studies, Art, Biology, Business Administration transfer, Communications, Creative Writing, Criminal Justice, Electronic Media, Liberal Arts, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Pre Dental/Pre Medical, Computer Programming, Psychology and Marketing Management.

Students must sign up for this agreement, and the forms are available in the Welcome Center or in my office.  

A Transfer Academic/Leadership Scholarships will be made available to students based upon the following criteria,  

• GPA between 3.2- 3.49 receive a $7,000 scholarship
• GPA of 3.5 and above receive a $10,000 scholarship
