Request a Transcript
Note: For GED or HiSET transcript requests, please contact email@example.com.
HCC will, upon receiving a student's written, signed request, send an official academic transcript directly to another college or organization. We will also upon request issue an official sealed transcript to the student, either in person or by mail. There is no charge for official academic transcripts.
There are several ways to request a transcript. You can:
- Complete a transcript request form, save it to your computer, print, sign and then either mail, fax, or email the signed form to HCC.
- Fill out a transcript request in person in Frost 221.
- Send a written signed request, including your full name and any previous names used at HCC, social security number or birth date, years of attendance at HCC, your daytime phone number, and the address to which the transcript is to be sent.

Transcripts will be sent within approximately three to five working days from the receipt of the request. Please allow five days during peak periods, and longer if transcripts are to be held for specific information.
HCC reserves the right to withhold transcripts of students with outstanding financial obligations to the college.
