The Lady Cougars are coached by former Holyoke Community College All-New England goalkeeper Rob Galazka. Galazka played for the Cougars from 1996 to 1997 and enters his 13th season as our Women's Soccer Head Coach in 2016. The Lady Cougars have been crowned New England Champions for four consecutive seasons and in eight of the last ten seasons, advancing to the National Elite Eight six times over those years. HCC made its first ever appearance at the National Women's Soccer Final Four in 2008 and had its best finish at a National Tournament in 2013 where they finished 3rd in the Nation. Holyoke Community also boasts 14 All-Americans, all under Galazka. Coming off a tremendous 2015 campain, the Cougars once again won a New England Championship while also finishing undefeated in the New England region. One athlete was named to the NJCAA All-American team in 2015 and this year the Cougars welcome back seven athletes who were part of last years successful season along with an eighth returning player who played in 2011. Coach Galazka is looking forward to another tremendously successful season on the pitch.
