Wednesday:   4:30 - 5:45 Cardio Spin Circuit (Patti & Laura)     
                      12:30-1:30 BC Bootcamp+ (Laura) (2/15/17)  

Thursday:  4:30 - 5:30   Fitness Fusion (Trish)  
                  5:30 - 6:00   Strength & Stretch (Trish)  

  *"Quick" Step Into Fitness & Pilates Bodies are non-credit courses offered through the Div. of Community Service and require a registration fee.  Registration deadline is 1/26/17.  

+BC Bootcamp is offered in 4 week sessions.  Preregistration and payment of the $20 per session fee at the BC is required.  No "Walk-ins".

^Spinning for All Levels requires preregistration for each session and a $5 fee to "hold your bike".   Late arrivals will forfeit their reservation and fee.
