Open Fitness for the Spring (HLTH 001) 22 weeks

Enrollment provides you with Monday - Sunday access to our fitness center which includes over 65 pieces of state-of-the-art strength and cardiovascular equipment. Workout around your schedule and renew your commitment to great health! A small sample includes: Body Masters Selectorized Circuit Training Equipment, Stairmaster stepmills, the latest in sophisticated plate loaded and weight equipment, Concept 2 rowing ergometers, Stairmaster Freeclimbers, Precor upright and recumbent bikes, Stairmaster and Woodway treadmills among many others. Prepare NOW in this state- of-the-art environment and feel better!

Initial first class orientation: Fri Jan 2nd, 6:00 - 7:00 P.M., Bartley Center.

Personal Fitness Training (HLTH 002) 

CRN 15291 individual 3-session starter program

CRN 15292 individual 6-session program

How do Hollywood stars get their sculpted bodies? Personal trainers! If you seek accelerated results and personal guidance, this course is for you. Work with a certified personal trainer on an individually-designed program to address weight control, strength development, cardiovascular training, and/or sport-specific training. Choose our Starter program of three 45-minute sessions, or our 6-session program. Upon registration, you will be contacted by the Fitness Coordinator to schedule appointments. Facility use is limited to training sessions only. 

Non-credit tuition for 3 sessions: $120 
Non-credit tuition for 6 sessions: $230
