A small sample includes: Body Masters Selectorized Circuit Training Equipment, Stairmaster stepmills, the latest in sophisticated plate loaded and weight equipment, Concept 2 rowing ergometers, Stairmaster Freeclimbers, Precor upright and recumbent bikes, Stairmaster and Woodway treadmills among many others. Prepare NOW in this state-of-the-art environment and feel better! Initial first class orientation: Mon Jan 4th, 6:00 - 7:00 P.M., Bartley Center.

If you seekaccelerated results and personal guidance, this course is for you. Work with acertified personal trainer on an individually-designed program to address weightcontrol, strength development, cardiovascular training, and/or sport-specifictraining. Choose our Starter program of three 45-minute sessions, or our 6-session program. Upon registration, you will be contacted by the Fitness Coordinator to schedule appointments. Facility use is limited to training sessions only.
