Let's Talk about Math Anxiety

If you become very anxious during a quiz or test that causes you to forget the material, you probably suffer from Math Anxiety. Math Anxiety is a learned response that can be unlearned.

Learning how to conquer your math fear is the key to math success.
Workshops on Math Anxiety and Succeeding at Mathematics are offered each semester.

Over the last sixteen years, I have found that students who suffer from Math Anxiety need support and counseling. If you would like to talk to someone about Math Anxiety, or looking for math strategies, you can send me a private mail message regarding your concerns or call me directly.  I look forward to hearing from you!
