
HCC will—upon receiving a student's written, signed request—send
an official academic transcript directly to another college or organization.
We will also upon request issue an official sealed transcript to the
student, either in person or by mail. Either service costs $5 per
copy.
There are two ways to request a transcript. You can:
Fill out a transcript request in person
in Frost Building, Room 221. There is a charge of $5 per copy requested.
Payment made be in cash or with a check or money order.
or
Send a written signed request including full name and any previous
names used at HCC, social security number or birth date, years of
HCC attendance, your daytime phone number, and the address to which
the transcript is to be sent.
Include a check or money order payable to Holyoke Community College
for $5 per copy.
Mail request and payment to: Enrollment Services, Holyoke Community
College, 303 Homestead Avenue, Holyoke, MA 01040.
Transcripts will be sent out within approximately 3 to 5 working
days from the receipt of the request. However, allow 5 days during
peak periods, and longer if transcripts are to be held for specific
information.
HCC reserves the right to withhold transcripts of students with
outstanding financial obligations to the College.
