The Office of the Registrar, located in Frost 221, provides academic student services and information, including:

• academic policy information
• add/drop of classes at the start of each semester
• address change forms for you to update our records
• advising report/academic history printout
• advisor name and office location
• class schedule printout
• degree and certificate requirement listing
• enrollment verification
• evaluation of transfer credit
• graduation audit
HCC transcript service
• loan deferment
• pre-registration
• Veteran benefit information and certification
• withdrawal forms (course or college)

Student Records and Processing

Student Records and Processing is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate data on student records, evaluating transcripts for transfer credit from other institutions, certifying students for the completion of degree requirements, operations of the Veteran’s Services office, and providing academic guidance and other assistance to students as needed.
