PREREQUISITES: Prerequisites: CUL 101 and CUL 115, each with a C- or better

Focuses on the development of a food service operation plan and essential skills needed to manage a variety of food service operations. Topics include foodservice delivery systems, development-cycle of the industry, current trends, management responsibilities, menu design/planning, and environmental sustainability. Prerequisites: CUL 101 and CUL 115, each with a C- or better
