Cooking for Michael Ty, president of the American Culinary Federation. It was awesome, one of the best days I've had here. 

What is your favorite thing about HCC:

Everything we're learning here in culinary is from scratch. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the education I'm getting.

Where are you going from here:

I love to cook. I would like to work at a nice high end restaurant because I think I have the ability and the determination to do top quality work. I understand quality because that's what I expect when I go out to dinner with my wife.
