Classes include body sculpting, aerobic contenders, introduction to kickboxing, tone & groan, and more. Our instructors are qualified to assist a variety of levels of fitness as well as to keep our participants interested by varying their routines. Classes are held in BC 202. Group Exercise classes are offered Monday through Friday. All weekday classes begin at 4:30 pm with a half-hour body sculpting or light aerobics class. The full one-hour class begins at 5 pm. If Saturday classes are held, they begin at 10 am.
