2014 HCC Cougar Crawl 5K Run/Walk Challenge Sunday, May 4th

Runners running in the 2012 Cougar Crawl Run, walk or roll, if you must, and help raise money for the Building Healthy Communities Campaign at Holyoke Community College! Handbike users are being encouraged to participate in this year's race!

The 4th Annual Cougar Crawl 5K Run/Walk Challenge begins at 10 a.m., with registration from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Bartley Center at Holyoke Community College, 303 Homestead Ave., Holyoke.

The 5K run/walk is for all levels of runners. The 3.1-mile course is run completely on the tree-lined campus of the college. The course is great for families. Individuals, teams and school groups are all encouraged to participate.

Early registration is encouraged. The registration fee for ages 12 and up is $25 before May 2; $30 on the day of the race. Children 11 and under participate for free. Handbike users, please notify race officials at cougarcrawl@hcc.edu that you will be attending.

All paid registrants before April 30th will be entered in a drawing to win a Nike + Fuel Band (retail value of $149) so register now!  T-shirts will be given to anyone who registers before April 25. There will also be a free, post-race barbecue, and prizes, including gift certificates and gym memberships.
