Students at Holyoke Community College will once again be partnering with Gold Circuit E-Cycling of Ludlow to help area residents find a responsible way to recycle their old electronics while raising money for a college scholarship.

Area residents are encouraged to bring their unwanted electronics to the "e-cycling" event on Saturday, October 18, from 9 a.m. to noon in Parking Lot C (near the Kittredge Building) at Holyoke Community College, 303 Homestead Ave., Holyoke.

Drop-off fees are $25 for televisions and appliances containing freon, such as air conditioners; most other items are $5. See attached list for full schedule of drop-off fees and accepted items.

Proceeds will be used to fund a college scholarship in memory of the late HCC environmental science professor Gary Beluzo.
