UMass researchers to talk about science

Please join us for a presentation and discussion about practical science on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the PeoplesBank room in the Kittredge Center, 301/303, as researchers from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst talk about a new adhesive material they created called "Geckskin."

Professors Al Crosby (Polymer Science) and Duncan Irshchick (Biology) created Geckskin after studying the way gecko lizards climb and stick to vertical surfaces.
