 The Upward Bound Program at Holyoke Community College is a federally sponsored program serving 50 high school students from Holyoke and Chicopee communities in Western Massachusetts. The program has a pre-college preparatory focus with an emphasis on developing the skills and motivation necessary both to gain admittance and successfully complete a post-secondary educational program.
