Angelica Merino Monge

Angelica's story of immigrating to the U.S. from El Salvador was featured in an oral history radio project on New England Public Radio called "Words in Transit." It is also now featured in a book by the same name.

Theodore "Teddy" McCormick

Teddy McCormick was part of the first cohort of HCC students selected for a prestigious STEM Scholarship from the National Science Foundation. This year, he will represent students on the HCC Board of Trustees.

Honors student and student senator Karianne Santiago moved to West Springfield from Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, just so she could attend Holyoke Community College.
