Pathways students and Irma

About Pathways

Pathways helps promising, underrepresented students succeed at HCC and prepare for transfer to selective liberal arts colleges, such as Amherst, Hampshire, Mount Holyoke and Smith. Pathways support services include:

  • academic and personal advising
  • mentoring
  • assistance with the transfer application process
  • learning community courses
  • the Math Transition seminar with Mount Holyoke College.

Participants include female and male students of both traditional and non-traditional age, as well as veterans. There is no cost to apply or participate in the program.

Schedule and Location

Programming and services are offered M-F from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pathways is located in Frost Building, Room 264.

Transportation and Parking

Transportation to the HCC campus is available via PVTA buses. Parking is available in student lots.

To Apply

In addition to filling out the Pathways application, interested students must submit an HCC transcript and schedule an in-person interview.
