Community Responders

Community Responders work as part of a team of alternative safety providers that respond to nonviolent community calls with an emphasis on approaching community members through an anti-racist and behavioral health lens either in-person or by telephone. They ensure that any public safety response is anti-racist, equitable, just, and fair and that we offer preventative services that get at the root of assisting our community members to avoid necessitating public safety involvement.

Representatives from each organization will discuss their opportunities and how to apply.

Registration is required. Students must register by October 14 using this Student Registration Form.
