Presented by Holyoke Community College  

All films are in French with English subtitles. All films are at 7:00 p.m. in the Leslie Philips Theater in the Fine & Performing Arts Building.

Admission is free for all.

Tuesday, April 2
Le Crime de Monsieur Lange/ The Crime of Monsieur Lange (1936), Jean Renoir (1h23) In this classic Renoir masterpiece, with screenplay by Jacques Prévert, the story of a murder turns into a timely  manifesto on the abuse of power and its consequences.  

Wednesday, April 3
Visages, Villages/ Faces, Places (2017), Agnès Varda (1h53) This Acacemy-Award nominated documentary is a portrait of modern-day France as well as the evolving relationship between open-hearted, 89-year-old Agnès Varda and  theworld-famous young street artist JR.  

The festival is presented in collaboration with the HCC Foreign Languages department. Tournées Film Festival is made possible with the generous support of French American Cultural Fund (FACE), Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the U.S., Centre National du Cinéma et de l'image Animée (CNC), Florence Gould Foundation and Highbrow Entertainment.
