HCC Athletic Department Hosts National Championships
NJCAA Division III Cross Country Nationals a Great Success
The Holyoke CC Athletic Department successfully hosted the NJCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships this past Friday and Saturday. The festivities began with a wonderful banquet held on Friday evening at the Bartley Center for Athletics on the campus of HCC. On Saturday, the national championship races were held at Stanley Park in Westfield, MA. The men raced in an 8K run followed by the women who competed in a 5K run. An awards ceremony was held shortly after the completion of the women's race to honor the top individual and team performances.
