We can't wait to celebrate our 77th Commencement! The following are important details to note.

WHAT
The recipient of the 2024 Elaine Marieb Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence will lead the procession of faculty, staff, and graduates into the MassMutual Arena and give the keynote address.
The Student Speaker (Orator) and Student Performer applications will open in April, and the deadline to apply is Friday, April 26, 2024, by midnight. Keep an eye out for the application in your HCC email.
The Class Gift Presenter and Distinguished Service Award Winner will also be announced.
STEPS TO PREPARE FOR COMMENCEMENT
All cleared graduates should have received an HCC email notification from the Registrar's office. If you have yet to receive notification from the Registrar's office and you think you should be a graduate for the Class of 2024, please submit a graduation application today!
Join the Student Records office during the activity period on Wednesdays from 11am to 12:15pm to help you prepare for Commencement.
- Wednesday, April 3 - Are you Cleared to graduate? Stop by the Student Records table for assistance, they can review your record on the spot!
- Wednesday, April 24 - Are you Cleared to graduate for Spring or Summer 2024? Do you need to order your official transcript for transfer or joining the workforce? Stop by the Student Records table for assistance.
- Wednesday, May 1 Celebrating Class of 2024 Grads! Stop by our table for last-minute transcript orders, review records for graduation clearance, and take a survey to receive a free gift!.

Cap & Gown Pick-Up Celebration
Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. in Campus Center Cafeteria
Come to pick up your FREE cap and gown, honor tassels, and special program cords, including a photo opportunities with President Timmons and the Cougar, decorate your cap, enjoy food, and more!
