Student IDs
Student, staff, and faculty IDs are created in Student Engagement located in the Campus Center second floor, CC 227, across from the bookstore, and accessible by parking lot S. If you have trouble accessing campus, please email lpare@hcc.edu, and we can accommodate you.
Students, to receive your student ID, you must be registered for classes!
What can I do with my student id?
- Use the Bartley Center gym
- Check out books and technology supplies from the Library
- Park on campus and receive a PVTA bus pass
- Discounts: Amazon, Cinemark, Spotify, and more!

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
NOTE: The Student Engagement Office will be closed Monday, July 31, to Friday, August 4. There will be no student IDs processed during this time.
