Mental Health Support
HCC offers a variety of mental health services to students through CHD (Center for Human Development), a non-profit organization that provides community-based mental health services.
The Holyoke CHD clinic is located at 494 Appleton St., Holyoke. Clinic services include:
- Individual therapy
- Group therapy
- Family therapy
- Psychiatry services
Clinic staff are dedicated to supporting HCC students and are trained in a wide variety of evidence-based therapies. Should students need additional services, CHD staff provide referrals to other programs, including Peer Support, Recovery Coaching, Residential Substance Use Services, Emergency Shelter Services, In-Home therapy, Early Intervention, and much more. Please visit the CHD website at chd.org for a full menu of services.
