HCC Transitions Department Programs — MAS, Pathways, New Directions and Veteran Services —will celebrate the accomplishments of their graduates with and evening of dinner and music, Thursday, May 11, 2017, at 5 p.m. in the Picknelly Dining Room, Frost 265.
