Advising Appointments  

Current students are strongly encouraged to meet with their assigned advisor during the spring and fall semesters. You can find your advisor's contact information in Navigate, DegreeWorks, or Online Services. 

In the event that your assigned advisor is unavailable, you may book an appointment with one of our professional staff advisors by doing the following:

Drop-In Advising
(Available during January through add/drop week and August through add/drop week)

Just before the start of our spring and fall semesters, our office is open for drop-in advising either in-person or on Zoom! Please have a photo ID ready for check-in.

For in-person advising, come see us in the Campus Center, room 102.* 

Be sure to check our hours below before dropping in. 

*Please note that all students attending in-person advising appointments must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To submit proof of your vaccination, please email a picture of your COVID-19 vaccination card to immunizations@hcc.edu.
