- Duration: 7 weeks hands-on training (approximately 87 hrs total)

- This program is 100% in person
- Program Dates: March 31 - May 23, 2005 (Please note: no training will be held the week of April 21st-25th)
- Days & Times: Mondays - Fridays, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
- Duration: 7 weeks hands-on training (approximately 80 hrs total)
SUMMER 2025 (No Longer Enrolling; Cohort Filled)
- Enrollment: Full
- This program is 100% in person
- Program Dates: July 21 - Aug 15, 2025
- Days & Times: Mondays - Fridays, 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Duration: 4 weeks hands-on training (approximately 80 hrs total)

- This program is 100% in person
- Program Dates: September 8 - October 31, 2025 (Please note: no training will be held the week of October 13 - 17th)
- Days & Times: Mondays - Fridays, 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
- Duration: 7 weeks hands-on training (approximately 80 hrs total)

WHAT
In this FREE 7-week, hands-on program, you’ll earn your OSHA 10 safety credentials while learning the basics of construction, hand and power tool use, and electrical concepts and circuitry during the week, Mondays - Thursdays. You’ll also learn how these skills are applied in solar photovoltaic (PV) installation and electrical vehicle (EV) charging systems. Friday training focuses on job readiness and career development skills.

ELIGIBILITY
+ 18+ yrs of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
+ Demonstrated willingness to seek employment in building trades or clean energy fields + Able to start PT/FT work following training
+ Participate in 1:1 Career Counseling during & after the program; up to 1 yr
+ Have a high school diploma or GED/HiSET
+ Participate in intake exams and interviews
+ Pass a sex offender background check (SORI)
ONE PROGRAM. THREE PATHWAYS.
Upon program completion, choose from three pathways:
1) Apply to enter the building trades or clean energy fields: carpentry, construction, electricity, flooring, roofing, general labor, solar, energy efficiency, etc.
2) Apply to a competitive paid apprenticeship program to become a licensed electrician either in the electrical union or with a non-union company
3) Apply to one of our FREE Clean Energy programs.
