The Business Office is here to help students, faculty, staff, and other community members. The office assists students and parents with student account information and payment of fees, and also assists faculty and staff with travel reimbursement questions, vendor payments, budget transfers, and other related questions.
About General Accounting
General Accounting provides the following services for the college:
- Purchasing contracts
- Vendor payments
- Employee reimbursements
- Miscellaneous billing and accounts receivable accounting
- Cash management
- Campus store accounting
- Fiscal reporting
The office assists faculty and staff with travel reimbursement questions, vendor payments, budget transfers, and responds to inquiries from trustees, vendors, regulatory agencies, auditors, and public records requests.
